This document defines the vision, strategy, and foundational planning behind “Portfolio as a Product”- a product-style portfolio website created by Videep Singhal. Unlike conventional portfolios, this project will be developed using end-to-end product management principles, industry-standard tools, and simulation-level fidelity to reflect the capabilities of a real-world Product Manager.
