Timeline
- Design Phase: July 12–25
- Execution Phase: July 26–31
- MVP Launch: August 1
- Retrospective Written: August 22
What Went Well
- On-Time Delivery: MVP was launched ahead of the planned July 31 schedule — site was live on August 1.
- Strategy + Positioning: Treated portfolio like a real product — documented, iterative, and outcome-focused.
- Case Studies: Four strong case studies (2 product + 2 project) that demonstrate breadth and depth of skills.
- Design Cohesion: Used UXPilot and Figma effectively to simulate a professional, industry-level design flow.
- External Integration: Linked real Productboard roadmap, Notion docs, GitHub, and Looker Studio for live updates.
- Resume + Toolkit Integration: Embedded resume viewer and clean toolkit categorization added strong recruiter appeal.
What Could Be Improved
- Post-Launch Delay: Retrospective and post-launch engagement (LinkedIn, analytics tracking) were delayed due to busy schedule.
- Analytics Setup: Google or Vercel analytics not yet configured to track engagement.
- SEO & Metadata: Meta titles, OG tags, and indexing for search engines can be improved in the next phase.
- Contact Form: Current contact page doesn’t have a functional form (by design), but could be improved for lead capture.
- Blog Posts: Medium blog content not yet live; placeholder only in blog index — can be prioritized next.
