MVP v3.1 Sprint Plan & JIRA Setup

Overview

BudgetPal v3.1 is the final MVP scope, refined from usability feedback gathered in v3.0. Our focus is on polish, UX improvements, clear flow routing, and preparing the design for a realistic no-code build (Bubble/Airtable).

This sprint emphasizes:

Polished end-to-end user flows
Minimal UX friction (popups, confirmations)
Strong onboarding and clarity for first-time users
Accurate routing logic between screens
Readiness for actual no-code implementation post-design phase

Sprint Goals (v3.1)

Goal	Description
Complete all UI polish	Add success modals, improve dashboard routing, remove any hanging edges from v3.0
Ensure all buttons have clear redirections	E.g., after Save Expense, Create Group, Save Budget
Validate core tasks end-to-end	Simulate final flows for expense tracking, budget setup, and roommate group management
Prepare for dev handoff	Each screen + logic clearly mapped, so the MVP can be implemented on a no-code tool
